Based in the United Kingdom, we work with individuals, corporates and charities to provide coaching, learning and therapeutic interventions alongside our herd of horses.

Guiding Light was founded by Natalie Reynolds, a globally recognised specialist in negotiation, influencing, communication, collaboration and conflict resolution, who has worked with individuals and horses for a number of years to support on issues of confidence, conflict and connection. An experienced coach and facilitator, Natalie draws on her previous experience and weaves it together with the science on horse/ human connection and healing practices to provide inspiring and uplifting sessions designed to leave clients with a renewed sense of clarity and direction.

Natalie is fully CRB checked, insured and accredited by AAHEP UK having undertaken her initial training with Athena and Professor Liefooghe at Operation Centaur. Natalie is currently completing advanced study with Athena.
